RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At YAOYAO, we want you to be satisfied with your order. Please review our return and refund policy before making a purchase.

Returns

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging and condition.

For hygiene and product integrity reasons, fragrances that have been opened, sprayed, used, damaged after delivery, or removed from their original packaging cannot be returned unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please contact us before returning any item. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order after delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, leaking, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide your order information and clear photos or videos showing the issue. After review, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, we will be responsible for the return shipping costs where applicable.

For returns requested for other eligible reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is caused by an error on our part.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your approved return, we will notify you of the refund status.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow approximately 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Wholesale Orders

Wholesale and bulk orders may be subject to separate return and refund terms depending on the quantity, product selection, and agreed quotation.

Please confirm wholesale return terms with us before placing a bulk order.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to cancel or modify it.
